Spruced Homes NY
Spruced Homes is dedicated to bringing new life to older homes. Attentive to every detail, and dedicated to maintaining the highest quality, we creatively redesign and re-imagine each home to create exquisite spaces, on budget, on schedule and stress-free.
After many years of renovating their own homes in Greenwich, Scarsdale, Brooklyn, and upstate New York, and becoming addicted to HGTV, two old friends decided to team up. Lynn and Bev have been friends for over 30 years and have often enjoyed sharing their renovation experiences. In 2017 they created SPRUCED HOMES NY to offer their creative designs, passion for renovation, and management expertise.
