Elegant Family Home Restored

RESCUED AND RESTORED--BETTER THAN EVER!

After some destruction and damage by a fire in 2019, this Scarsdale home was thoroughly renovated inside and out. Today, the sun shines through new huge windows to welcome you home. Lush new landscaping creates a perfect oasis for this lovely home, organic and classic while modern and chic. Nothing has been spared in this imaginative and stunning renovation.

The gut renovation (down to the studs) included:

> Refreshing the family and living rooms to produce expansive open and airy spaces that flow together, creating an enormous multi-functional space, including a new quartz fireplace

> Creating a custom fully-out fitted dressing room with a center island, a window seat, and two exposures

> Completely restoring the interior and exterior, including all new 4" Red Oak flooring, installing all new oversized windows and lovely doors, plus new lighting, and a sturdy custom extra-wide mahogany front door

> Reimagining the side entrance to create an enclosed mail and package delivery room

> Meticulously renovating all bathrooms

> Tastefully updating the basement to create several beautiful and functional spaces, including a large rec room with fireplace, a bedroom, an office, a gym, a laundry room and a mud room

> Remaking both the rear deck and stone patio, including a fire pit, for family dining and entertainment

> Rewiring the entire house, and installing all new plumbing throughout

> Painting the entire house inside and out
